«Niente di speciale.»
I lati positivi sono la buona posizione, e il bilocale é spazioso rispetto a una camera di hotel standard.
Purtroppo il wifi funzionava solo in salotto, in camera da letto non ha mai funzionato, e neanche nelle aree comuni dell'hotel, per esempio in piscina. Ciò ha comportato addebiti extra per il roaming all estero. Credo che un buon hotel che lavora al 90% con turisti che arrivano fuori dalla Spagna dovrebbe garantire il wifi, essere a letto e non avere la connessione internet non é molto bello, anche non averla mentre si é in piscina. L' aria condizionata é posizionata solo in salotto e la notte anche tenendo la porta della camera da letto spalancata non rinfrescava bene. Alla fine tra l' assenza di wifi e aria condizionata avere una camera da letto era inutile perché stavamo solo in salotto! La piscina é lasciata senza nessuna supervisione all' anarchia più totale, c'era scritto che era aperta fino le 18 ma si poteva stare quanto si voleva e le persone facevano il bagno anche di notte, non veniva pulita infatti era piena di foglie che cadevano dagli alberi circostanti che galleggiavano in acqua e andavano a intasare il filtro.

«Struttura buona, ospiti un po meno.»
La struttura è bella, rinnovata e tenuta bene. Le stanze sono luminose e piuttosto ampie, pulite e con asciugamani puliti che vengono spesso cambiati. La reception aperta 24h, e c'è anche un bar e un minimarket a disposizione degli ospiti. Ottimo anche il servizio di ripostiglio per le valige.
La posizione è un po periferica rispetto al centro di Palma, caratterizzata da pub tedeschi sempre pieni di turisti costantemente ubriachi e talvolta molesti nei confronti degli altri ospiti. Spesso si sentivano grida, musica ad alto volume e rumore di vetri rotti proveniente dalle altre stanze.

«Se stai cercando relax... vai altrove!»
La struttura in sè è bella, appartamenti ampi, ottima la zona piscina.
E' situato all'interno di un'october-fest tedesca permanente h24. Quartiere invivibile. Musica a volume devastante dalla mattina fino alle 5 di notte, e l'insonorizzazione dell'albergo non è sufficiente.
